Over 400 bikers participated in John and Wendy Bramble's annual fundraising event for Action on Addiction this weekend.
The Brambles, from Weymouth, sadly lost their son Craig to solvent abuse in 2001 and have held the motorcycle fundraising event 'Not just a ride - a ride to change a life', for the past five years in his memory.
Over 400 motorbikes gathered in Weymouth and headed to Exmouth via West Bay on Sunday 14 April, with the aim of adding to the £20,000 the event has raised in total for Action on Addiction over the last four years.
Graham Beech, Chief Executive of Action on Addiction, said: "What a wonderful way of raising awareness of addiction. People are finding it more and more difficult to get the treatment they need for this life-stopping condition, and John and Wendy's ride is a fantastic way of letting people know about the work we do at Action on Addiction and raising money for this important cause.
"We are incredibly grateful to John, Wendy and everyone involved. The ride has raised over £20,000 for the charity in the last four years which is tremendous. I was delighted to be here to see the hundreds of riders set off on their way this morning."
