We understand that tuition fees can be daunting for many prospective students, particularly for those who have been out of education for a long time.
At the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies our students range from the age of 18 to 65 years old so we would encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual circumstances. We want to help you achieve your dream of making a difference to people’s lives and will work with you to ensure you understand your fee status and your possible funding routes.
Teaching on this course is delivered in three, four and five day blocks in Warminster. You will be responsible for payment of your transportation or accommodation costs.
We provide bed and breakfast accommodation at the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies.
Pay as you go rate for accommodation:
• £40 per person per night for single occupancy
• £30 per person per night for shared occupancy
The night before teaching starts (usually a Sunday) is complementary but please note breakfast will not be provided the following morning.
If you are studying an undergraduate course, you may be able to take out a loan for your tuition fees and living costs.
You could be considered for a bursary or scholarship to help you study at Bath. This is in addition to your student loan and you do not have to pay it back.
You can pay your tuition fees by Direct Debit, debit card, credit card, cheque, bank transfer or cash. You may also be eligible for a student loan to help you pay your fees.
You will need to budget at least £100 for the cost of photocopying, printing and binding. You will also need to budget for the cost of text books.
Some courses involve visits away from campus and you may be required to pay some or all of the costs of travel, accommodation and food and drink.
If you’re on a placement, you’re responsible for your own travel, accommodation and living costs. You should also consider the financial implications if you go on an unpaid or overseas placement.
Want to understand more about tuition fees and how to pay them? Contact our team at The Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies who can talk to you about your individual circumstances.
